Registration fee includes $5 for mandatory insurance

All participants are required to pay the Racewire.com Processing Fee

Team Discounts:

Groups of 25 members or more qualify for a $10 discount per person

Drive Times:

Shreveport - 28 Minutes

Texarkana - 1 Hour, 49 Minutes

Dallas - 3 Hours, 7 Minutes

Baton Rouge - 3 Hours, 19 Minutes

Deadlines:

Wednesday, October 2nd, 2013 - Registration will close at 12:00pm (CT)

Absolutely NO online registrations will be accepted after this time

Wave Times:

Waves of up to 400 will start at 9am and go every 30 minutes.

Race Results:

Race results will be posted on this page by the end of the day for each race day. All racers will receive an e-mail when they are posted online.

Early Packet Pickup:

Picking up your packet early is not mandatory but definitly recommended, early packet pickup will be on Friday 4/19/2013 from 3pm-6pm at DeSoto Motorsport Park. Please bring a signed waiver and your I.D to pick up your packet and if you are picking up a friends packet you will need a copy of their ID and a signed waiver.

Race Photos:

We will post the photos on their website shortly after the event. All racers will receive an e-mail when they are available to view. Pictures will be available to view and purchase following the race. Racers will be able to search by their last name and/or bib number for their individual photos.

Volunteer Info:

Informational meeting will be held at DeSoto Motorsport Park on Friday October 4th, at 6pm, every volunteer must attend this meeting to go over day-of activities and pick up their cool MudChug  "Mud Crew" shirts. Please e-mail contact@mudchug.com to confirm that you will be attending this meeting along with telling us your T-shirt size. See below for FAQ.
